That means you make a treasury using 8 of the shops to sign up in the thread, and 8 from anywhere else, including the theme threads in A Promotion Commotion. In fact, I might launch it today. The addition of the requirement that people support the previous treasury did indeed cause problems. You’d think out of a hundred people I would be able to find 16 who would both favor everything in the Hundred Heart’s thread AND leave a comment in the September treasury. But noooooo. I found four.
